Description of project

We were tasked to make a basket system for a client for our Computing and Business module. This basket system required PHP scripting to allow users to create accounts, add items to their basket and to purchase them. I worked in a team and supported the back end features such as PHP scripting and MySQL database development.

What I learned

I furthered my understanding with PHP and improved my communication and teamwork skills. I also learned how to take a team-mates work delivery and implement features on top of that to ensure a consistent development and product. I refined my security and optimisation skills in PHP.
